Good reading, especially for those of us who write policy, conduct investigations, case studies,  etc.  Not only do the words matter, but the underlying perspective that informs those words does as well:

* do the policies being enacted by subordinates make sense?

* what are the larger organizational priorities, imperitaves, etc that drive folks to a particular decision?

* how do we address these issues, not only when we write the policy in the first place, but also in our after action analysis?
