Provocative, brief, article and a rebuttal

Wherever one finds themselves in this perspective - and I lean (although not entirely) toward the rebuttal based upon my experience - this exchange is a great example of the intellectual to-and-fro that we should seek from our personnel. Doctrine, strategy, and perspectives all can be developed from professional exchange such as this, and that exchange/development process is a good thing.
